Ali Zahedi
Chief Executive Officer
Ali is the CEO and co-founder of Infinite Investment Systems. He started his career in the financial industry in 1998 as a developer, and co-founded Infinite in 2004. As a Software Engineer (BSc from the University of Toronto) and co-founder, Ali has been involved in many aspects of the business, ranging from system development to support and sales. At present, Ali is focused on the growth of the business and its overall direction.
Ahmad Joulaie
Chief Software Architect
Ahmad is co-founder and Chief Software Architect of Infinite Investment Systems. He started his career in the financial industry in 1995 as a developer for Footprint software, which was later acquired by IBM. Additionally, he acted as a dedicated resource for Fortune Financial in their mutual fund services division. He went on to become co-founder of a portfolio management system provider company in Toronto in 1997 and stayed on as Chief Software Architect until his departure in 2002. In 2004, Ahmad co-founded Infinite Investment Systems with Ali Zahedi and assumed the role of Chief Software Architect. Ahmad holds a Civil Engineering degree.
Leila Ouji
President, Portfolio Management Solutions
As President of Portfolio Management Solutions, Leila leads Infinite Investment Systems' portfolio management technology business, including Harmony™, Melody™, and Client Portal. She is responsible for the strategic direction, growth, and ongoing success of the company's portfolio management solutions, ensuring clients have access to the technology, expertise, and support they need to operate and scale their businesses with confidence.
Leila works closely with clients, industry partners, and internal teams across product, development, implementation, and client services to help shape the future of Infinite's solutions and deliver exceptional client outcomes. Since joining Infinite in 2009, she has held leadership roles in marketing, client services, and project management, providing her with a deep understanding of both the business and the evolving needs of Canada's wealth management industry.
Leila holds a bachelor's degree, a master's degree, and a PhD from the University of Toronto.
Outside of work, Leila is often found hosting a tea party or embarking on another imaginary adventure with her two young daughters, or exploring Toronto's restaurant scene with family and friends.
Hossein Riazi
Chief Technology Officer
Hossein joined Infinite with over 30 years of experience in IT, building complex B2B and B2C solutions, highly scalable OLTP, OLAP, and distributed systems. While always a developer at heart, Hossein also has extensive experience building and leading teams. He is currently in charge of optimizing our technology platform and engineering best practices. Hossein has a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Artie Novikov
Chief Financial Officer
As the Chief Financial Officer at Infinite, Artie leads the finance function to support ongoing business operations and all facets of the company’s growth. Artie brings over a decade of investment banking, transaction advisory, and assurance experience across the technology and financial services industries. Prior to Infinite, Artie was a Vice President of Investment Banking at National Bank Financial, where he executed numerous transactions for Canadian technology companies, including mergers and acquisitions, growth equity financings, IPOs, and other corporate finance initiatives. Prior to that, Artie spent five years at KPMG across Deal Advisory and Assurance practices, executing numerous financial due diligence and audit engagements. Artie has an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University, and earned his CPA designation in 2017. Outside of Infinite, Artie enjoys spending time with friends and his growing family, as well as all things basketball, cycling, music, and film.
Chris O’Leary
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Chris’ primary role at Infinite is to oversee the daily operations of Infinite Investment Systems, including IT and compliance. His career in the financial industry began in 2007 working as the head of IT for a large Canadian asset management institution. Chris is an Honors graduate from the Software Engineering specialist program from University of Toronto. He joined the Infinite team in 2013 and brings a wealth of experience in IT infrastructure, client and vendor management, project management, compliance, and global perspective to the already talented team at Infinite. Chris is a subject matter expert on Trading and Fees, and while being the COO, remains hands on to assist clients in these areas.
Paul Gambell
Executive Vice President, Business Strategy
As Executive Vice President of Business Strategy, Paul is responsible for identifying and developing business strategies and revenue opportunities for Infinite Investment Systems. Paul brings 30 years of experience as a leader in the financial services industry.
Before joining Infinite Investment Systems, Paul spent 15 years as the founder and managing director of a consulting firm that provided operational and technology expertise, with a focus on recordkeeping, portfolio management, regulatory, and business solutions.
Paul is a graduate of York University. Outside of work, he is an avid golfer and skier.
Mike Zegers
Executive Vice President, Business Development
Mike leads business development efforts at Infinite and is responsible for identifying new partners for the firm. With a background in sales, marketing, product strategy and investment services, Mike leverages his experience at driving forward solutions for firms as part of a collaborative approach. Having more than a decade of experience with a large financial institution, coupled with more than ten years at Infinite, at each interaction he is focused on what the client needs based on his knowledge of the product and the industry. Mike is passionate about exceeding client expectations right from day one. When he is not demo’ing any of Infinite’s applications, you’ll find Mike chasing after (and being chased by) his kids and volunteering his time as Board Director with Parkinson Canada.
Justin O’Leary
Executive Vice President, Product
Justin is the Vice President, Product - Harmony. His career in the financial industry began in 2005 as a developer for Infinite Investment Systems. Justin’s education as a Software Engineer from University of Toronto coupled with his intelligence and relentless pursuit of practical knowledge in the investment industry propelled him to this position. His grasp of technology and industry specific requirements make him a unique and invaluable part of the team.
Andrew Hobbs
Vice President, Implementation, Portfolio Management Solutions
Andrew brings a unique combination of experience to his role as Client Lead for System Implementations. Prior to joining the Infinite team, Andrew spent more than 25 years working in the investment management industry. His responsibilities touched on nearly every aspect of the business including onboarding, trading, client service, reporting and compliance. Andrew spent more than 12 years using the Harmony system to help build an investment management firm from start-up to over $1 billion in assets under management. Andrew uses his blend of industry and system knowledge to assist new and existing clients in developing the best practices needed to build a business that is both efficient and scalable. Andrew has a BA from the University of Toronto and is a CFA Charterholder. Outside of work, Andrew dedicates his time to his family and the various sporting activities of his three boys.
Lane Pither
Vice President, Product, Portfolio Management Solutions
Lane leads the process of implementing Harmony for new clients. Known for having infinite patience, Lane navigates our clients through the challenges of a system conversion and implementation. Equipped with an excellent knowledge of the industry and our products, Lane works with our clients as well as our internal resources to ensure Harmony is deployed effectively. Lane is very hands-on and is involved from the beginning of the process all the way to the end. Lane attended the University of British Columbia where he graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors). Having majored in Finance and minored in Computer Science, Lane’s academic background provided him with insight into both the technical and business aspects of the wealth management industry. When not working, Lane enjoys being outdoors (like most West Coasters), cooking at home, and all things music.
Zeenat Haq
Executive Vice President, Client Services, Portfolio Management Solutions
As Executive Vice President, Client Services, Zeenat leads the teams responsible for delivering the exceptional service and support that Infinite clients have come to expect. She works closely with clients and colleagues across the organization to ensure firms are getting the most value from Infinite’s solutions and have a trusted partner to support their ongoing success.
Since joining Infinite in 2010, Zeenat has become one of the company’s most experienced and respected leaders. Having worked closely with clients for more than a decade, she brings a deep understanding of their operational needs, industry challenges, and business goals. Her collaborative approach, extensive product knowledge, and commitment to client success make her a valued resource for both clients and colleagues alike.
Zeenat holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business.
Tracy Pontone
Vice President, Professional Services
Tracy leads the Professional Services Team at Infinite Investment Systems and brings with her over 30 years of investment management industry experience primarily focused on operations. Looking at ways to more effectively use Harmony, complemented by other technology solutions as required, Tracy couples those tools with the application of best practices with a focus on risk management, compliance and operational efficiency. Outside of work, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband of over thirty years, her grown children, and her new grandson. Tracy enjoys travelling and sports and if she can do both together, even better.
Tom Dodge
Vice President, Strategic Projects
Tom Dodge serves as Vice President, Strategic Projects, where he leads mission-critical initiatives that support Infinite’s evolving business and client needs. He brings deep project leadership expertise to guiding large, multifaceted engagements, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring our solutions continue to deliver exceptional value. After his post-graduate in Business and prior to joining Infinite in 2021, Tom was the operations lead at various marketing organizations, leading the optimization of internal processes to enhance overall organizational efficiency and the integration of new data systems to deliver winning business results. He also has experience as an operations lead of a startup in delivering staffing solutions to marketing clients, giving him further insight into developing client focused solutions. Outside of Infinite, you’ll find Tom on the soccer or football field, whipping up culinary delights in the kitchen or spending time with his growing family.
Adam Beach
Vice President, Business Development, Portfolio Management Solutions
Adam leads the overall Client Experience at Infinite Investment Systems, focusing on Partnerships and Business Strategy. He brings over 15 years of experience managing operations and compliance for Portfolio Managers, Investment Fund Managers and Exempt Market Dealers. As a user of Harmony for over a decade, Adam has a breadth of practical experience using IIS products to make middle and back offices more efficient. A native of Toronto, Adam enjoys being physically active and works out routinely to stay in shape so he can chase after his kids. He pretends to know how to golf and enjoys camping in any of our provincial parks. Adam is also a foodie, and when he is not baking sourdough loaves or trying new recipes, he enjoys traveling with his wife.
Chris Zegers
Vice President, Marketing
Chris leads all aspects of marketing for Infinite Investment Systems, overseeing the company's brand, solutions, and services. With more than 15 years of experience in financial services and software marketing, he works closely with the business development and client services teams to help deliver a consistent and exceptional experience for clients and prospects alike.
Outside of work, Chris can often be found refining his Photoshop skills for the benefit of his colleagues or spending time watching and playing baseball and soccer with his four sons.
Lorie De Luca
Director, Human Resources
As Director of Human Resources, Lorie ensures that our work environment and team are the best they can be. She oversees employee relations, and develops and updates policies to ensure that office operations run both efficiently and smoothly. As the Infinite team continues to grow, she assesses resource needs while managing hiring and onboarding processes.
Lorie is passionate about building on what is already a dynamic team and a connected company culture, and her work is at the heart of Infinite’s operations. She holds an Honours Bachelor’s degree from Ryerson University.
Outside of work, Lorie enjoys playing tennis, traveling when she can, and spending time with her family.
Lisa Ni
Vice President, System Support
As Vice President, System Support, Lisa leads Infinite Investment Systems’ support team, ensuring more than 90 wealth management firms across Canada receive the responsive, knowledgeable service they depend on every day. She works closely with clients and internal teams to help firms maximize the value of Infinite’s solutions while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Since joining Infinite in 2018, Lisa has become a trusted resource for clients and colleagues alike. With deep expertise in Harmony and wealth management operations, she has helped clients navigate complex business challenges, streamline processes, and make the most of their technology investments. Her practical approach, extensive product knowledge, and commitment to client success have earned her the trust of clients across the country.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo. Her analytical mindset, industry expertise, and passion for helping clients succeed make her an invaluable leader for Infinite’s support team.
